Hello Baabs LLC Return and Refund Policy
At Hello Baabs LLC, all sales are considered final.
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect color or style selection
- Gift purchases
- Normal variations in color, pattern, or texture
- General dissatisfaction after delivery
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hellobaabscontact@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be eligible for:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund at our discretion
Hello Baabs reserves the right to deny return, refund, or exchange requests that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
