Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier has processed the shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hello Baabs LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees that may be applied to your order. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Hello Baabs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellobaabscontact@gmail.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, Hello Baabs LLC ships only within the United States.
